Job Description:
Elliptic Labs is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer success.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, guidance, and solutions to ensure their success with our products and services - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and working proactively to address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and provide innovative solutions - Manage and prioritize multiple customer accounts simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met - Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and best practices
Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on people management, able to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers - High level of creativity and resourcefulness, able to think outside the box to provide solutions to customer challenges - A passion for customer success and a dedication to ensuring the satisfaction and retention of customers - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
