Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Tamturbo, a cutting-edge technology company based in Helsinki, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a proven track record of success. We are looking for a confident and motivated individual who can effectively manage relationships with our clients and ensure their success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive product improvements - Monitor customer usage data and provide insights to help customers derive maximum value from our solutions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and customer lifetime value - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives - Proactively seek feedback from customers to continuously improve the customer experience

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Experience working in a technology or SaaS company is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
