Job Description:
Neste is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance customer success initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to problem solve and think innovatively - Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
