Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Valmet is currently seeking a reliable and driven Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team located in Turku, Finland.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing product training - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers - Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to prevent any potential problems - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and adaptability to changing situations - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
