Job Description - Customer Success Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at Tamturbo in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by building strong relationships and providing excellent service.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with our products or services - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to help improve the customer experience - Create and implement strategic plans to drive customer engagement and retention - Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Conduct regular check-ins and customer reviews to track progress and address any issues - Provide training and guidance to customers on how to effectively use our products or services - Negotiate contract renewals and pricing terms with customers


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or account management roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with customers - Experience in strategic planning and negotiation - Passion for customer success and delivering excellent service
