Job Description:
Swappie is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position suitable for a candidate with mid-to-senior level experience and a minimum of 7 years in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support processes - Proactively monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes - Analyze customer feedback and data to provide insights for product improvements and development - Provide ongoing training and support to customers to maximize their use of our products and services
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles - Motivated and confident personality traits with excellent interpersonal skills - Strong planning and cooperation skills - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving customer success - Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English
