Job Description:
Marimekko is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote employee based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a significant impact on our customers' experience.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Drive adoption and usage of our products through effective training and ongoing support - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements - Develop customer success strategies and plans to drive retention and growth - Analyze customer data and create reports to track key performance metrics - Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members in the customer success department - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment - Experience with CRM software and customer success tools - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
