As a Remote Customer Success Officer at Rovio Entertainment, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers in a virtual setting. This part-time entry-level position requires no previous experience, making it a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start their career in customer success.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels, such as email, phone, and chat, to assist with any questions or issues they may have - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Use emotional intelligence to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions - Conduct research to identify trends and patterns in customer feedback and behavior - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for the customer and drive improvements to our products and services - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets set by the company
Requirements: - Motivated and confident personality traits - Strong research and emotional intelligence skills - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - A passion for customer service and solving problems - Proficiency with computer systems and software - High school diploma or equivalent
