Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Vire Labs is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Officer to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Success Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess strong planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals and challenges, and provide solutions to meet their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements - Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Provide onboarding and training for new customers to ensure a smooth transition to our platform - Resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely and efficient manner - Gather customer feedback to drive product development and enhancements

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
