Job Description:
Smartly.io is seeking a Customer Success Officer to join our team in a remote work position. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and driving growth and retention through strategic planning and people management. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level, and we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for any questions or concerns -Understand the needs and goals of clients to provide tailored solutions and advice -Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and retention of clients -Manage a team of individuals to ensure clients receive the highest level of service -Collect feedback from clients to improve products and services -Measure and report on the success of client relationships and retention efforts
Requirements: -Hardworking and independent personality traits -Strong strategic planning and people management soft skills -At least 4 years of experience in a customer success role -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently -Proficient in using CRM software and other customer management tools -Experience working in a remote environment
