Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Success Officer to join our team at SSH Communications Security. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. This is a part-time, remote position based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI, with the opportunity for flexible working hours.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Provide training and support to clients on our products and services - Monitor client feedback and work towards continuous improvement of customer satisfaction - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address client challenges - Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role - Strong people management skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and client support - Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is a plus - Ability to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
