Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Wärtsilä is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As an Associate level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of reliability and independence, as well as strong soft skills in project management and communication.


Responsibilities: - Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services - Proactively gather customer feedback and communicate internally to drive product improvements - Manage customer escalations and provide solutions in a timely manner - Leverage data to drive strategic initiatives and inform decision-making processes


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and independent work ethic - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
