Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Success Representative at Wolt, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and enhance their overall experience with our products. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborating with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Providing product and service recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and preferences - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge - Participating in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong persuasion and creativity soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
