Louhia is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with customers through various communication channels - Provide support and guidance to customers on our products and services - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs
Requirements: - Independent and resourceful mindset - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Experience in people management is a plus
