Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

M-Files, a leading information management company based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to new and existing customers - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction - Manage projects related to customer success initiatives to drive positive outcomes - Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, and video conferences to establish strong relationships

Requirements: - Confident and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong project management skills and ability to analyze data effectively - Experience working in a customer success or account management role preferred - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable with remote work and using virtual communication tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
