Job Description:
Next Games is looking for a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a customer success representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Provide product demos and training sessions to help customers maximize the value of our products. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.
Requirements: 1. Motivated and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strategic planning and innovation in problem-solving. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Experience in the mobile gaming industry is a plus.
