Customer Success Representative

As a Customer Success Representative at Spectral Engines, located in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance - Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns - Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer data and feedback to make informed decisions and improve processes - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers - Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner - Gather and report customer feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and best practices

Requirements: - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Customer service experience in a technical or scientific field is preferred - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in Finnish and English
