Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Omocom, a leading company in the insurance technology industry, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


The ideal candidate for this role will be adaptable and driven, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The Customer Success Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing support and guidance on our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met - Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Teamwork and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
