Job Description:
Vire Labs, a cutting-edge technology company based in Vantaa, Finland, is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team. As a part-time position with an entry-level seniority, this role is perfect for motivated and energetic individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer success.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Help customers navigate our products and services and provide training and guidance as needed - Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition - Assist with creating and maintaining customer success documentation and resources - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on product updates and industry trends
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and energetic personality with excellent communication skills - Strong presentation and project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
