Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description: Raisio plc is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to work from home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dedicated, have strong time management skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner - Educate customers on products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience - Track and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
