Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Valmet is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the necessary skills to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Identify customer needs and develop strategic plans to help them achieve their goals - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns - Provide product demonstrations and train customers on how to use our products effectively - Analyze customer data to identify trends and drive product improvements - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize customer growth and revenue - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and reviews - Assist in the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
