Job Description:
IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support as needed. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner. 4. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the use of our technology. 6. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Communicate customer feedback and insights to the product development team to drive future enhancements. 8. Assist with onboarding new customers and conducting follow-up to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and motivated individual who is dedicated to customer success. 2. Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
