Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Blueprint Genetics is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Specialist in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and inquiries, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer retention - Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services - Contribute to customer outreach and engagement initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty - Assist in the development of customer training materials and resources - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer service or customer success roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues - Resourceful and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Strong research skills to understand and anticipate customer needs - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in English and Finnish
