Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

YIT Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field. We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals who have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Develop and deliver customer training and support materials - Monitor key performance metrics to track customer satisfaction and retention rates - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
