Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Kesko is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. This role is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, reliable, and possess excellent time management and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: - Onboard new customers and provide them with training on our products and services - Proactively reach out to existing customers to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvements - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions - Provide regular reports and updates on customer success metrics


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Resourceful, reliable, with excellent time management and adaptability skills
