Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Outokumpu is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. 2. Provide support and guidance to customers to help them achieve their goals. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and retention. 4. Monitor customer feedback and troubleshoot any issues that arise. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction. 6. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer success metrics. 7. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 3. Strategic planning and project management skills. 4. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed. 5. Experience with CRM software is a plus but not required.
