Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: Vire Labs is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Espoo, Finland. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals who are resourceful and independent, with strong communication and analysis skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing excellent support and guidance.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication - Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and chat - Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement - Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and challenges - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Requirements: - 0 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
