Job Description:
Kamux is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who possesses excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction - Handle customer returns and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly - Assist in training new customer support team members
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support roles - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
