Job Description:
ZenRobotics is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer support to our clients remotely. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns - Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using our products - Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay knowledgeable about company products and services to better assist customers - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals
Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently - Fluency in English (additional languages a plus) - Experience in a remote customer support role is preferred - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Must be available to work flexible hours as needed
