Job Description:
Inscripta is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide accurate information - Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and technical support - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to address customer feedback and improve our products and services - Use your decision-making skills to solve problems and escalate issues as needed
Requirements: - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong research skills and ability to make informed decisions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in customer support or a related field - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
