Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team at Qt Group in Turku, Finland. As an entry-level position, we are seeking motivated individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, and possess excellent time management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Assist with product demonstrations and training for customers 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Time management and organization skills 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
