Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Outokumpu, a leading stainless steel manufacturer, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience who are driven, confident, and possess strong negotiation and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with order processing and tracking - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and confident personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Negotiation and planning skills - High school diploma or equivalent
