Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

SSH Communications Security is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be resilient and reliable, possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve processes - Contributing to a positive and customer-focused work environment

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues - Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
