Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

MariaDB is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services. 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex customer problems. 5. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the product team. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 4. Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively. 5. Strong planning and organizational skills. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing tools. 7. Experience working remotely and managing a flexible schedule.
