Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Valio is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Support Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Address customer concerns and provide timely and effective resolutions. 3. Handle escalated customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns. 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer support policies and procedures. 8. Meet or exceed customer service metrics and KPIs.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Motivated and resilient personality traits. 7. Strong people management skills. 8.
