Job Description:

Normet is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset and excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Motivated and confident personality traits - Strong creativity and teamwork skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
