Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Infinited Fiber Company is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve any concerns - Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery - Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Document all customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work remotely and effectively manage time - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
