Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:

Louhia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a remote customer support team while ensuring excellent customer service and support is provided to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote customer support representatives - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Provide training and guidance to customer support team members - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure high-quality support is being provided - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer support processes - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer support role - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Resourceful and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Ability to analyze data and problem-solve effectively - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment - Proficiency in customer support software and tools
