Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Vaisala in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As a part-time position requiring mid-to-senior level experience with a minimum of 8 years in customer support, this role is ideal for someone who is driven and adaptable, with strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives, ensuring they provide exceptional service and support to our customers - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer support experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve processes - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer support - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in customer support, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Demonstrated decision-making and critical thinking skills - Experience in handling customer escalations and resolving conflicts - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
