GrainSense is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a leader in agricultural technology, GrainSense provides farmers with innovative solutions to optimize their crop production. The ideal candidate for this part-time position should have at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer support representatives, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer support
