Job Description:
HMD Global is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Support Manager to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution. 4. Analyze customer support data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Train and onboard new customer support team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to customer issues. 5. Proficiency in customer support software and tools. 6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
