Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Altia in Helsinki, Finland. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer support team to ensure all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and coach the customer support team to provide excellent service to our customers - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Train new team members on customer support protocols and best practices - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer support
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Innovative thinking and ability to implement new ideas - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with customer support software and tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
