Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Manager at F-Secure, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Managing a team of customer support representatives - Training and coaching team members to deliver excellent service - Resolving escalated customer issues and complaints - Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Developing and implementing customer support strategies - Monitoring team performance and KPIs - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Developing relationships with key clients and partners


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Driven and hardworking attitude - Strong persuasion and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Technical knowledge or experience in cybersecurity is a plus - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
