Customer Support Manager

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Manager at Normet, located in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of customer support representatives, overseeing daily operations, resolving escalated customer issues, and implementing strategies to improve customer service processes.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and a positive outcome for the customer. 4. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations for customer support team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them succeed. 7. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify opportunities for product or service improvements. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve the quality of service provided.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Passionate and hardworking individual with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. 6. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 9. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
