Job Description:
Neles is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Manager to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. This is a part-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer support roles and possess a mid-to-senior level of seniority.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and issues effectively - Develop training programs for customer support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Implement best practices for customer support processes and procedures - Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them achieve their goals - Stay updated on industry trends and customer support technologies
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Strong planning and research skills (soft skills) - Knowledge of customer support best practices - Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
