Job Description:
Valmet, a leading global company in the industrial sector, is seeking a talented Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows you to work remotely from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to provide exceptional service to clients. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction. 3. Coordinate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. 5. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to ensure team performance meets or exceeds expectations. 6. Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer retention and growth initiatives. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support management.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer support or related field. 2. Confident and motivated personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 3. Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills. 4. Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team effectively. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
