Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Manager to join our team at TietoEVRY. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and lead the customer support team to ensure all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences. 5. Analyze customer support data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and work to find solutions that meet both customer needs and company objectives. 7. Provide training and ongoing support to customer support team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. At least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a leadership role, managing a team of customer support representatives. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Independent and driven personality traits. 5. Strategic planning and cooperation skills. 6. Ability to work remotely and independently. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field (preferred).
