Customer Support Manager Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at IQM Quantum Computers. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from home.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives - Create and implement customer support strategies and processes - Monitor customer support performance and KPIs - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Train and onboard new customer support team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support - Handle special projects and initiatives related to customer support
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and adaptable with the ability to work remotely - Creative problem-solving skills - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred - Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and training sessions
