Altia is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at the entry-level stage of their career with at least 1 year of experience.
As a Remote Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Your main duties will include resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
In order to excel in this role, the ideal candidate will be resourceful, passionate about helping others, and possess excellent research and presentation skills.
