Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Beneq is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As an Entry Level position requiring 1 year of experience, we are looking for an independent and passionate individual with a creative mindset and strong strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve our services - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in developing customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Independent and passionate personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Creativity and strategic planning abilities - Ability to work part-time hours in Helsinki, Uusimaa - Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
